If you wish to return an item, the buyer is responsible for organising and paying for the return shipment to us. This includes:
- Arranging a suitable courier or postal service
- Paying the cost of return postage and packaging
- Ensuring the item is packaged securely to avoid damage in transit
- Obtaining proof of posting or tracking where possible
We will not reimburse return postage costs unless we have agreed otherwise in writing, or where the item was faulty or incorrectly dispatched.
3. Purchases via eBay, Etsy or Other Platforms
When you buy CareOvernight products through eBay, Etsy, or other third-party platforms, returns are also governed by that platform's own policies. Please check the seller and platform terms for the specific return process and any applicable time limits. The buyer remains responsible for return postage unless the platform or our listing states otherwise.
4. Condition of Returned Items
Items must be returned unused, in their original packaging where possible, and in a resaleable condition. We reserve the right to refuse a return or issue a partial refund if the item has been used, damaged, or is not in its original condition.
5. Refunds
Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will process any applicable refund within a reasonable period. Refunds will be made to the original payment method and do not include the cost of return postage paid by the buyer.
